	Mr. Hsieh has 20 years of experience investing in cross-border private equity transactions for Li & Fung Ltd. He was formerly with R.H. Chappell Co., a San Francisco venture capital firm. Previously he worked at Merrill Lynch's Corporate Finance Division in New York City and at Sun Hung Kai Securities, a major Hong Kong brokerage firm. Mr. Hsieh obtained his B.A. degree from Harvard College and M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Seung has held various positions within Li & Fung Group including Chief Information Officer of the Americas and Chief Operating Officer of the E-commerce division. Prior to joining Li & Fung Group, he co-founded Castling, a consulting firm focused on retail and supply chain management. Before starting Castling, he was a member of the Advanced Technology Group at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Mr. Seung obtained his B.S.E. from University of Pennsylvania.
