	We will consider early-stage investments as well as expansion rounds, management buy-outs, or joint ventures. While we usually act as lead sponsor of a transaction, we also co-invest with other private equity firms in larger transactions. We can take minority or majority investment stakes with a focus on the following industries. We partner with management of consumer product companies that have global brands. In particular, we focus on companies that can benefit from the worldwide sourcing network of Li & Fung (Trading), and products that can be distributed in Asia through the marketing and retailing expertise of IDS Group and Li & Fung Retailing. Targeted products include: Fashion apparel and accessories Home decor and furnishing Kitchen and bath products Cosmetic and personal care Footwear, handbags, travel goods Promotional and premium products We focus on technology companies that can improve efficiencies at all stages of the supply chain from product development to physical movement of goods in the following technology areas: Software Systems Services
