Celect is a market leader in predictive analytics and inventory optimization for retailers. Launched in 2013 with an MIT technology breakthrough in machine learning, Celect helps retailers optimize omnichannel inventory portfolios in stores, online, and across their supply chain. Customers they work with include Urban Outfitters, Saks Fifth Avenue, Aldo and others.

Flow is a global commerce platform that enables brands and retailers to sell their products to customers internationally by creating a localized shopping experience.

Olapic is a leading visual commerce solution that enables brands and retailers to leverage authentic user generated images to create a visual shopping experience for their consumers and improve conversion rate. Customers are leading brands, such as Coach, Burberry, Lululemon, New Balance, etc. Olapic was acquired by Monotype in 2016.

GT Nexus provides a SaaS platform for visibility and collaboration in ocean container shipments among logistic service providers, ocean carriers, trading partners and banks. Customers include DHL, APL, William Sonoma, Gap, VF, P&G, Pfizer and Xerox.  GT Nexus was acquired by Infor in 2015.

500Friends is pioneering the next generation of loyalty and lifecycle marketing solutions that enable retailers to maximize the lifetime value of their customer relationships. Their LoyaltyPlus™ platform delivers a comprehensive suite of capabilities empowering retailers to deploy next generation loyalty programs. Customers include include Build.com, Ice.com, Jewelry Television, and Shoebuy.com. Company was acquired by Merkle in 2014.

OrderGroove is SaaS-based subscription commerce engine, powering successful subscription programs for global brands including CVS, Grainger, NBTY, L'Oreal, Dollar General & Jockey. By turning new and existing customers into repeat buyers, OrderGroove helps retailers build recurring revenue streams, maximize profitability, and increase customer lifetime value.

ecVision is a cloud-based supply chain collaboration platform that optimizes product life cycle and supply chain processes. Through increased visibility and collaboration, users can manage costs, mitigate risk and streamline the flow of goods. Customers include PVH, Coach, Gap, A&F, Timberland and Ralph Lauren.  Company was acquired by Amber Road (AMBR) in 2015.

Hooklogic, the leader in product search advertising, partners with the world's leading retailers and online travel agencies to accelerate sales for product brands and hotels. Advertisers use the platform to reach in-market shoppers, drive traffic to products, and attribute resulting sales. Network partners and advertisers include Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Macy's, Expedia, Priceline, Hasbro, Intel, L'Oreal, Mondelez, Microsoft, and Marriott.  Company was acquired by Criteo in 2016.

Cyrk designed, marketed and distributed promotional programs for major corporations such as Philip Morris, Pepsi, Mars, and Fidelity. Products included apparel, toys, fashion accessories and home products. Cyrk went public in 1993 and reached $1B in revenues.

Millworks designed, marketed and manufactured private label apparel programs for major retailers such as Limited Express, County Seat, Macy's and Mervyns. The company was acquired by Li & Fung in 1998.

Rousso Apparel Group designs and markets women's casual and active wear in the U.S. Brands include Oleg Cassini, Three Hearts, Natalie & Me, Activology, and Pure.

StudioDirect was a B2B e-commerce provider linking factories directly to the small and medium size retailers. In addition to low prices, retailers customized products online to create exclusive products for each retailer.

Lewis Galoob Toys designed and sold promotional toys such as Star Wars, Sky Dancer, Micro Machines, Game Genie and Biker Mice from Mars. It went public in 1984 and was acquired by Hasbro in 1998.

The Lodge at Harvard Square was a chain of apparel stores selling casual clothes to men and women, located primarily in the Northeast region of the U.S. The company was successfully sold in 1993.

Wilke Rodriguez designed and sold men's wear. Retailers included Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, and Dillards. The company was sold to Men's Wearhouse in 2002.

Wood Associates designed, marketed, and distributed promotional and premium products to major U.S. corporations such as Cisco, Sun Microsystems, MCI, and Charles Schwab. Wood Associates merged with iPrint in 2001.

Danskin designs, manufactures and markets women's activewear and dancewear under the brands Danskin, Dance France, and Danskin Plus and women's hosiery under the brands Givenchy, Round-the-Clock, and Pennaco. The Danskin brand was sold to Iconix in 2007.

BodyFX developed, marketed and distributed teen beauty products that provided temporary beauty effects. Products included colored hair gel, beading kits and other beauty accessories.

Tim is a Partner at TPG Capital, with a focus on Asian investing. Prior to joining TPG, he was a partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was head of investment banking for all Asian countries outside Japan.

Phil is a partner at US Venture Partners. Prior to joining USVP, he was President and CEO of Macy's California for 11 years. Phil also served on the Board of Directors of Apple from 1979 to 1987.
